Most destinations are 40 minutes to 3 hours from Marrakech. Agafay Desert is just 40 minutes. Ourika Valley is 1 hour. Ouzoud Waterfalls is 2.5–3 hours. Essaouira is 2.5 hours. We depart early to maximise your time at each destination.
What is the best time of year for day trips from Marrakech?
Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) are ideal — comfortable temperatures, green landscapes, and fewer crowds. Summer (June–August) is very hot in the city, but mountain and coastal excursions are refreshing. Winter trips to the Atlas may involve snow, which is spectacular.
Do you offer private day trips from Marrakech?
Yes — every excursion can be booked as a private tour. With a private tour, the vehicle, guide, and itinerary are entirely yours. We can also customise the route, stops, and pace to match your interests. Private tours are available for any group size from 1 to 12.
What should I bring on a day trip?
Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses), a light layer for mountain trips, your camera, and a reusable water bottle. We provide mineral water throughout the day, and all meals mentioned in the tour description are included.
Can I book a day trip on short notice?
Yes! We accept bookings up to the morning of departure, subject to availability. For weekend trips and peak season (March–May, September–November), we recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance. WhatsApp us for last-minute availability.
